Responsabilités

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including international businesses, ensuring comprehensive management of Luxembourgish payroll.
  • Collaborate within a team to handle aspects of social secretariat and provide clients with advice on payroll and labor law matters.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their professional development and maintaining work quality standards.
  • Work in an open space environment with supportive managers, fostering collaboration and innovation..

Profil

Senior Payroll - Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in managing Luxembourgish payroll, with a deep understanding of labour legislation.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with at least a B1 level in French to understand labor law conventions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Aptitude for working in a collaborative environment and mentoring junior team members.
